Amenities

Are towels provided?

Yes! We’ve got towels at the ready throughout locker rooms and hand towels for your workout.

Do you have locker rooms?
+

Yup! All of our locker rooms come with personal lockers, showers, toiletries, and hair dryers! But be sure to bring your own lock for additional security.

Do your showers provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash?

Oh yea. We have all the stuff to keep you fresh and clean.

What are the food options?
+

Onsite we have a full juice bar, fresh smoothies, protein water, and kombucha. We advise ordering before a class so it’s ready for a refreshing post-workout snack.

Is the gym open during class times?

Yes! The gym floor is available throughout the schedule of classes.

What kind of gym equipment is available during gym hours?
+

Our treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, rowers, Rogue racks, free weights, cable crosses, Rogue GHD, rings, ropes, and boxes are open for your exercise pleasure.

Is there parking?

Yes! Our spacious private lot is free to use.

Is there childcare available?
+

Unfortunately, no. The Firm is reserved for grown-ups.

Are accessories and apparel available for purchase?
+

Definitely! We have workout apparel, yoga mats, hats, bags, mala beads, and socks conveniently ready to purchase.

Classes & Training

Do I need to pre-register for class?
+

The best way to claim a spot is by registering for class through The Firm app.

Are cycle shoes required for Cycle classes?
+

Most prefer cycle shoes, but they are not a requirement. SPD clips and cages are equipped on all bikes. Cycle shoes are not available for rent.

If I’m new can I sit next to my friend during Cycle class?
+

Contact us ahead of time or have your friend reserve your spot and we’ll try to work something out.

I bought a Groupon. How do I register for class?
+

Groupon’s must be redeemed in person. Come 15 minutes early for your first class and our front desk can assist you. Once your account is made you’ll be able to register for classes online.

How do I register for class?
+

The easiest way is to download our FREE The Firm app and register from there. You can also contact us as well.

Can I view my waitlist position in booking classes?
+

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to see what number you are in line. If you haven’t yet received a “you’re in” text, try contacting us and we will let you know the chances a spot might open up.

I’m new to The Firm. Will I need to complete any introductory classes?
+

Typically, no. However, CrossFit and CPT classes follow a different formula. We recommend coming in 15 minutes early to your first class to familiarize yourself with everything.

Account & Passes

What is included in an Unlimited Monthly Pass?

Free spot reservation in any of our classes including CrossFit and CPT, gym access, towel service, and 10% off retail and supplements.

Do you offer buddy passes?
+

Drop-in Day passes are available for $25 if you’re looking to bring a friend to work up a sweat.

Is the free trial week really free?
+

Yes, it is! That’s the deal. See us for 7 days. No charge. We know you’ll be left wanting more.

Can I freeze my Unlimited Monthly Pass?

We can, however the suspension option costs $25 per month.

How do I cancel my Unlimited Monthly Pass?

Visit the front desk or contact Susan Rowland at srowland@thefirmmpls.com to fill out paperwork at least 2 business days prior to the end of the month.

Can I cancel my account and passes online?

Unfortunately, no. Your account will remain inactive until you cancel in person.

Do class packages have an expiration date?
+

You will have up to 6 months to use up your class packages. So exercise your right to workout.

What can I spend my gift cards on?
+

Literally anything and everything that you can purchase at or through The Firm.

What do I do if I’m having difficulties signing into the The Firm app or website?
+

Try retrieving your username or resetting your password. If both of those don’t work, contact us and we can assist you. If you don’t have an account, register online here.

 

How do I download The Firm mobile app?

Find us on the App Store or Google Play.
