Michelle’s Daily Minimum

Michelle’s Daily Minimum is an intensive 30 minute, pre-workout, yoga session designed to heighten and enhance your existing exercise routine.
Students will flow through fluid Sun Salutations, foundational standing poses, seated spinal twists and hip-openers preparing the body for vigorous activity. By focusing on the breath, students will also learn to gently release and relax restrictions in the body and calm and quiet the mind.
With over two decades of teaching experience, Michelle has the unique ability to work with all bodies and all levels in an encouraging and compassionate manner. Please join her and open your heart, body and mind as you warm-up and prepare for your vigorous activities.
