About Us

Welcome to The FIRM.

Did you know The FIRM has been rocking since 1986? Our history has been a wild ride…

We began as an aerobics studio & evolved with the times offering more fitness options like CrossFit, Cycle and yoga as we grew.

Though we’ve operated in many different spaces, our mission has stayed the same:

We make working out an event.

Driven by pride, passion, and love.

Building community one name at a time.
