When it comes to Yoga at The Firm, we got lots of options. Yoga, Pilates Barre, and Barre. So whatever gets your Chi flowing we got ya covered!
All of our Yoga classes are taught in our brand new heated yoga studio, for the record, I said “Heated Yoga” and not “Hot Yoga”, which means we keep our temp, ( around 85-95 degrees) which is less than a traditional Bikram Yoga class. But plan on getting sweaty anyway.
At The Firm we want you to relax and focus on your practice not logistics, this starts with The Firm’s easy freeway access, plenty of free parking, lots of showers, full juice bar, and convenient Yoga Classes in Downtown Minneapolis.

I have been teaching Pilates Mat and Reformer since 2003. It's the perfect marriage of both my dance and massage trainings applied to exercise. My philosophy is to train the body to function to it’s highest level of performance. It’s the only body your gonna get and it needs to perform at it’s best…Everyday.
I have been teaching Pilates for 15 years and I having been a figure skater my whole life and I was a ballet dancer at a young age. My Barre class has all those elements, Pilates, Ballet and Figure Skating. You'll work every part of your body, even parts you didn't know you had.
Body Movement is the elixir of a joyful healthy life. I can help people of all ages, all body types, and all abilities find efficient, healthy, enduring ways to move their bodies.
I have been teaching for 8 years and have lead many Teacher Trainings in Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and Real Ryder. My yoga classes are fun, challenging and I want you to be a better you when you are done. I believe Yoga will guide you to the life you are meant to live.
Michelle Lynn is a dedicated and disciplined yogi, practicing, studying and teaching for over 16 years. Her passion and dedication is fueled by an intense, daily Ashtanga practice and feels the discipline of getting onto her mat and facing herself every day for all these years has been her greatest teacher. Her wealth of knowledge stems from traveling to study with many of the top Yoga Masters from around the world.
Yoga is my new passion and I am thrilled, honored and humbled to be teaching it. My yoga class is a combination of Vinyasa flow/ power sculpt, and my Barre class is where I get to use my 28 years in the fitness industry and dance background to make you lengthen, strengthen and believe in yourself.
With passions for strength, joy, and mindfulness, my yoga classes will help you connect to your inner-power and leave you feeling ready to tackle your day. My yoga class is vinyasa flow with a balance of energy, groundedness, and intensity.
I have been teaching Yoga for 3 years so I am a newbie. However after 24 years of studio classes practicing and teaching Yoga has become my new passion. Whether I am teaching or practicing I find something new and rewarding every time. I welcome you to my yoga class to feel my passion.
I have been teaching since 2007 and I am 200hr YRT Certified from Core Power. I like to think of my yoga as a trip to the playground. You get lost in yourself and makes you feel like a kid as you discover new things about yourself thru breath and movement. This also means I like to keep it fun, challenging and changing. Music is a very important motivator in my class so I mix all of my own music. Yoga and Music are a way for me to give back to myself so I can give to others.
Grace is efficiency in movement. My class leads you deeply and sweetly through the inner layers of the body and mind, facilitating a graceful practice anchored in balance, inner strength and equanimity - on and off the mat.
